Somewhere in a Kiev basement
A mother cries out
Is there a bus leaving soon?
Is there a bus leaving soon?
Asks the child’s aunt
Our homes destroyed, nothing left
Our homes destroyed, nothing left
No food or water
How must we survive here now?
How must we survive here now?
Bombs fall night and day
Our streets consist of rubble
Our streets consist of rubble
Dear God save us now
Or we shall be swallowed whole

And in Spain
Rain washes pollen, hurrah!
Yellow cloud forms
Dust from Sahara descends
Covid rules lifted, hurrah!
Screens bring pictures of war
Potentially more deadly by far!
Really liked this one.
