You see I didn’t publish my book to make money but to tell a compelling story about an illegal Mexican immigrant. If you follow the news, you have undoubtedly seen how many Mexicans and Central Americans are still trying to cross the border illegally into the United States these days. So it’s a topical story. But it also tells the story of what happened on September 11, 2001 for those young people who may not know about it. That would be anyone who was born in the last twenty years.
